Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was quite eventful. The room I stayed in, while recently renovated and refurbished, faced ongoing street disturbances and roadworks during the daytime. However, the proactive approach to keeping clients away from potential trouble was appreciated. The service, particularly from Nicholas and Wali, was outstanding, catering to all our needs, even arranging our departure to the train station. The location, right next to renowned luxury brands like Cartier and close to the Ritz, was impressive, despite some inconveniences like aged carpets and occasional incompetence. The dining experience showcased a delightful array of fresh foods and top-notch service.
Staying at the hotel was a wonderful experience overall. The rooms were beautifully quiet and peaceful, spacious, and elegant, exuding an air of sophistication. The location was great, allowing for easy access to the opera, cafes, and jazz bars. However, it could benefit from a refurbishment.
The hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were not like the pictures on the website, and they needed to be requested at the reception, but they were quite old yet clean. The service was exceptional, going above and beyond, even helping us find cocktail cherries for a Thanksgiving party. The location couldn't have been better, being clean and safe, ideal for a first-time visit to Paris. The dining experience was impressive with a variety of choices, although some requests were not delivered. The facilities were satisfactory during my stay.
My stay at the hotel was beyond my dreams! The rooms are nicely decorated with a very comfy bed, the breakfast was fantastic, and the location is extremely central. However, there was some noise from other rooms and outside.
The hotel exceeded my expectations with its well-decorated old-style rooms, but the night was very noisy due to a bar nearby. The service was pleasant and accommodating, offering great dining recommendations and various activities. The location was great and central, though slightly affected by nearby construction work. The dining experience was excellent and reasonably priced. Overall, a mix of highs and lows.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location is fantastic, nestled between Opera square and Place Vendome, offering easy access to the main spots; however, the rooms need renovation, and we were surprised with twin beds instead of a double. Despite some inconveniences, the service was top-notch, with attentive staff providing excellent service. The dining experience was enjoyable overall, but the limited breakfast options and high prices were a downside.
The hotel had some charming elements in the rooms, like a comfortable bed with a variety of pillows and an antique writing table, but overall felt cramped and in need of a refresh. The service was friendly and helpful, although I was informed that the room was outdated. The location was perfect for my needs, despite some issues from previous stays, and the inner courtyard made it pleasantly quiet. The dining options were basic, and my requested room service never arrived. The facilities were adequate but could be improved.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although comfortable, have seen better days and lack modern amenities. The exquisite attention to detail was impressive, but the noise from neighboring rooms was quite disturbing. The location was excellent for exploring popular attractions on foot, but it was somewhat marred by nearby construction. The dining experience was average, and the facilities were decent.
