The location was central. it was easy to reach everything i wanted to see. the staff was so helpful! they always offered useful suggestions about local places to eat and things to do. the breakfast had many choices. It was a lovely start to each day.
The gym was quite small. i wanted a good workout, but the limited equipment was a slight letdown. the minibar in the room was empty. i would have liked some snacks or drinks available upon arrival. the internet setup was complicated. I needed help from reception.

The hotel delayed giving me the room for an hour and a half upon my arrival. Staff claimed the room was not ready which I found unacceptable. This delay significantly inconvenienced my schedule.

the superior room provided a comfortable stay i appreciated the clean towels refreshed daily i also found the location convenient it was close to major attractions the staff were helpful with directions. breakfast offered a decent selection of pastries and fruits the dining area was well maintained i enjoyed the quiet atmosphere of the hotel despite its central location. the room included a mini fridge which was useful for storing drinks there was also complimentary wi-fi available throughout the hotel
the in-room coffee was instant not freshly brewed

the staff were friendly and helpful. breakfast was excellent with diverse options available i especially liked the fresh pastries. the room had a safe i found quite useful and a fridge to store my drinks. i appreciated the daily water bottle refill.
the lack of conditioner in the bathroom was a small inconvenience. my hair suffered a little without it . body lotion was also not provided
